Please be informed that the second trial date for selection and practice for
the NYC Indoor Ladies team 2004-05 will be held on:
Date: Sat. December 11, 2004
Time: 7:30 - 10:00am
Venue: Brooklyn Family Sports Center
4400 Glenwood Road
Brooklyn, NY 11203

There will be a fee of $10.00 to cover the cost of the facility. Please walk
with 2 shirts (red & white), Gloves, & water.

Please be advised, that this is the last opportunity to be seen before the
squad of 16 is selected. No addition to the squad will be made thereafter.

Once the Final Selection is made, each player is expected to:
1. Pay $150.00
2. Committ to at least 3 weekends
3. be responsible for their own travel and accommodation cost.
