Paying for Champions Trophy games
Try using only numbers and spaces for your telephone number, don't use brackets and dashes.

About live coverage
I have a 500 Kbs internat connection, and the live coverage was a disappointment. I got the audio commentary all right, but the video was just some frozen images. Okay, I can undertsnd the problems of live streaming and I am sure the on demand post match viewing will be better.

But where is the on demand after the game ????? The site says that matches are available on demand one hour after the game. It's like 6 hours aftr the game and I am still unable to watch the India-Spain game on demand ???

Viewing broadband tv
Watching a 800kbps stream at 500kbps means that you you won't have enough bandwidth and only get audio. The Player lets you test and downgrade your connection to 400kbps, 256kbps and 100kbps. Use 'settings' to test for the best connection.

Sorry the highlights were slow! They're all up there now. More live games from 5am GMT!

Thanks fieldhockey.Tv ! Excellent quality for on demand
dear Fieldhockey.Tv,

many thanks for the explanation.

I just saw the spain vs india game on demand and the quality was excellent ( even with a 400kbps connection). Well done indeed and it means so much to hockey fans like me that we can watch these games.

In so far as watching live is concerned, I did set the connection to 400 kbps. But It appears that the live transmission is encoded only @ 800kbps. Whereas, the deferred ( on demand transmision from the video server) is encoded at different rates.

Well done Fieldhockey.tv , and yes, I already have purchased the next India vs netherlands game.
